Watch D.O.G.S.

Students sitting in blue chairs and drawingWatch D.O.G.S. invites fathers, grandfathers, uncles, or other father figures to volunteer at least one day, all day, at Washington-Henry Elementary School during the school year. Watch D.O.G.S. volunteers perform a variety of tasks during their day, including reading books, playing math games, checking in library books, helping with art projects, helping to motivate in P.E., playing at recess, helping out at lunchtime, assisting in the main office, monitoring Walk & Talk, as well as greeting in the morning and sending home our Washington-Henry Elementary School students with a smile. Most importantly, they serve as positive male role models for our students.

If you are interested in volunteering or have questions about the Watch D.O.G.S. program, please contact Kelly Parese, Emily Groseclose, or Carol Blount.
